At Best eFurniture, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouses. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that you order arrives damaged or if you have any concerns regarding any aspects of the delivery, please contact us immediately at 1.888.788.6682 for on-site resolution. Please report any defect or issues within 10 days of receiving the furniture.
In the case of shipments been refused without authorization from our sales office, or return reason not due to product defect or damage, both inbound and outbound freights and any handling fees involved will deducted from the credit regardless of free shipping promotion or $75.00 flat rate shipping. Upon return, depending on the condition of return items, a minimum of a 15% restocking fee (pending inspection) will be applied.
Any returns must be in its original packaging. We will not authorize for returns after 15 days from the delivery date. Sorry we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise.
Inspect Your Orders!
For all orders delivered by common carriers, please inspect the boxes (packaging) upon delivery. If you notice any slight damage to the packaging that you think might not affect the furniture, please mark it in the receipt or bill of lading with a clear description of the nature of the damage. If the cartons are severely damaged, please refuse the shipment and make a notation on the freight bill that there were visible damages. Your signature on the receipt is your acknowledgment that your merchandise is satisfactory and delivered as ordered. Returns Due to Our Error
If incorrect items were shipped to you, when we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is found to be a correct item, a minimum of 15% restocking fee, both inbound and outbound freights and any other handling fees involved will deducted from the credit regardless of free shipping promotion or $75.00 flat rate shipping. All returns must be in its original packaging.
Cancellation Policy
If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is not a charge for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges regardless of free shipping promotion or $75.00 flat rate shipping.
